Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing this site. If you
violate these Terms and Conditions, Clean Harbors may terminate your use of the
web site(s), bar you from future use of Clean Harbors Online Services and/or
take legal action against you.
You agree not to provide false information about yourself to Clean Harbors,
impersonate any other person, or otherwise attempt to mislead others about your
identity or authority to access requested information.
By continuing and using the Clean Harbors Online web site(s), you agree to these
Terms and Conditions and you agree that they shall be legally binding upon you.

risk. Clean Harbors will in no event be liable to you or any person or entity
claiming through you for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or
other damages under any theory of law for any errors in or the use of or
inability to use this site and its content, including without limitation,
damages for lost profits, business, data or damage to any computer systems.
Security
Registered Users are responsible for the protection of their account numbers,
user name, and password associated with Internet access to all Clean Harbors
web sites. In the event of any unauthorized access to your account, you must
immediately notify Clean Harbors. However, Clean Harbors shall not be
responsible or liable for damage of any kind as a result of any unauthorized
access. To protect yourself from unauthorized access to your account
information, Clean Harbors recommends that you do not share or publish your
password.
Access to Information
By use of any of the Clean Harbors Online Services web site features containing
Waste Profile, access to waste and manifest tracking reports, and/or Invoice
information and other data, you certify that you represent each and every
company whose data is shown to you, and that you have been duly authorized by
said companies to view invoice and/or payment information for each and every
company via the Clean Harbors Online Services web site. Clean Harbors reserves
the right to require a signed letterhead or other written authorized document
from any and all companies for which you request access to before allowing
access to any company’s invoice and/or payment information.
If you should find that you have access to data that you are not or no longer
authorized to access, then you are required to contact Clean Harbors
immediately to have said account(s) removed from your account list. Failure to
do so may result in future denial of access to the Clean Harbors web site(s).
